For all other support we charge for the time spent (at a reduced rate if you're a Customer whose IT we monitor), plus any components that we supply.

Whether it's to fix a problem or to make a planned change to your IT infrastructure, we will tell you what we estimate our charges will be as soon as possible. You can then decide whether to continue with the work - you only pay for the time we spend working on the issue. This means, if it's something you want to deal with in-house, you can, and avoid any extra cost.
